Adult Class

Our adult Class, SportFit, offers sport for adults in Singapore. 

So, while your child is next door playing volleyball, tennis, basketball, baseball, rugby, hockey, cricket, soccer or golf, you’ll be participating in a class focused on the fitness needs of adults.

Each of our sessions is designed for maximum impact to burn more fat, improve your endurance and build strength. In fact, you will burn calories and build muscle faster than the other methods.

The exercises are much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before, speeding up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.

Our adult classes are focused on improving your fitness and understanding of sports. At the same time, you can use this as a chance to bond with your child as you participate together in challenging yourself in various sport activities. In addition, you are showing your children through example, which is always the best way to learn. And you have something in common to talk about at the dinner table, your time spent at sports classes.

The 8-sessions for toddler sport and kids sport in Singapore must be completed in eight weeks; the 12-sessions in 13 weeks; and 20-sessions in 23 weeks (excluding closure days and public holidays). The one year is capped at 48 sessions. Make-up sessions are available and it is also possible to attend alternative children's sport sessions other than your regular session.
